“It’s the most wonderful time of the year” is used to describe the Christmas season and one thing is true—at Bayside it really is the most wonderful time of the year! From beautiful decorations on our campuses, a cup of the special Bayside Hot Chocolate, adorable kids’ choirs, candle light services, exciting guests sharing their talents with us, and getting to hear Lincoln play “Miraculum”, there really is nothing like celebrating Christmas with Bayside. Our Christmas traditions have grown but one thing remains the same, we want our entire city to celebrate Christmas with Bayside and find the joy of the Christmas story!
Over the past 10 years we have seen God use our Christmas services to bring thousands of people into a place where they can experience God in a whole new way. It never gets old seeing all those candles go up for those that have decided to follow Jesus for the first time.
It’s so encouraging to be part of a church that comes together in such an impactful way every December. There really is no area of our church that doesn’t pitch in to make the Christmas season happen! As you read this, you are probably thinking of a time that you served at a Christmas Service as a greeter, passed out candles, served food to our volunteers, made hot chocolate, decorated a tree, played with kids in Children’s ministry, directed cars (often in the rain) and in so many other ways. Thank you for investing in our community through Christmas at Bayside.
